Mango, Coconut & Turmeric Gellies

These jellies are such a great on-the-go snack! They are full of those all important healthy fats and taste naturally sweet and super delicious. I'm a lover of nourishing snacks that are quick and simple to prepare, and these jellies certain tick those boxes! I hope you and your little ones love this recipe.



1 cup coconut cream

1 cup mango

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2.5 tbsp gelatin

Add the gelatin to 1/2 cup of water and stir, setting aside to thicken. Blend the mango, coconut & turmeric in a blender. Pour into a small saucepan & place over a low heat. Once warm, add in the gelatin & keep stirring until the gelatin has dissolved. Strain the mix through a fine sieve and pour into moulds. Set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
